We look at transaction volume, effective cost, rate structure, monthly and per-transaction fees, software and hardware commitments. A low headline rate can leave out charges that matter to your total operating cost.

What to provide
Start with a recent complete processing statement, your equipment agreement and a description of your checkout. Several months can help explain seasonality. Request instructions for sharing documents after contacting Liftoff; do not enter full card numbers, bank account details or sensitive customer data in the public form.
